Examples of Transfer Applications

This is a video demonstrating the circulation-type transfer and passing-type transfer. They are made by combining traversers and the slider insertion/ejection function of LCM100.

A dispenser nozzle is attached to the Cartesian robot (SXYX) to make the sealing process automated. Even when the workpiece deviates from its original position, the vision system “iVY” detects the deviation or inclination to automatically correct the application tracking.

Screw pump motor synchronizes with robot TCP speed
The optimal operating speed is used for straight lines and for curves, greatly contributing to shortened cycle time.
The dispensed amount is also controlled accurately, so that the same amount is dispensed even when the speed of the robot changes.

The machine operates at the optimal speed for each region of the application path. This allows shortened takt for application operations as well as consistent quality.

Eight-axis dispensing equipment – dual lane layout

Dispensing is performed with a dual lane setup using the RCX340 controller.
While dispensing on one side, preparations can be made on the other side, allowing non-stop operation to dramatically increase productivity.
A fixed speed is maintained even if the path has complex curves.

The SCARA robot performs pick and place while vertically articulated robots execute pallet changes. Free arm movement allows complex operations.

By using this in combination with the traveling axis, inter-process transfer can be made more efficient.

This is the YK500TW high-speed SCARA robot with 360° omni-directional rotation.

This is a double-arm Cartesian robot that uses a nut-turning single-axis robot on the X-axis and allows asynchronous operation.

High-speed transfer is provided, and the production process is modularized. The production process can be set up beforehand in units of modules. A range of production steps can be implemented by placing modules on a base that can be expanded or contracted. Processes (modules) can also be easily exchanged.
